Tony Ramirez is a Partner at Cross-National Advisory Partners (CN), an international advisory firm based co-founded by former Texas Secretary of State, Rolando Pablos. He oversees the Site Selection and Go-to-Market practice. Before joining CN, Ramirez was Vice President at Borderplex Alliance where he led business recruitment execution resulting in over $1.5 billion in investment and 20,000 new jobs.

He has advised companies in industries ranging from Fortune 500 to mid-sized fast-growth tech firms from across the globe. As a co-founder at PlazaSource, Ramirez provided EDO’s with a platform to optimize their city’s sales process to create new jobs and economic empowerment.
